Al Hada Compound intends to redefine the residential experience for high income expatriates in Riyadh. The project will respond to a strong demand for expatriate housing by setting new standards of quality, design, comfort, amenities and security.

A signature characteristic of the project derives from the spatial limitations of the land. Right after the entrance to the site, the vehicular traffic is directed underground. This underground street circulates immediately below the pedestrian street between the apartment strip and villas, allowing tenants to park their cars right below their units and have direct access to their villas, townhouses, or apartments from the underground car park. This concept not only allows a 100% pedestrian-friendly environment with walkways, parks, gardens, and huge recreational areas; but also creates additional space for storage, technical areas, and a safer, cooler, more protective environment for the vehicles.
